Actually with the 4.8% ORRI on the sale they have effectively doubled the value per acre that they got and did it in a way to use the accumulated tax losses on the books, got an option on higher oil prices years down the road, and more importantly don't have to pay a cent to get the income.

The ORRI is the big 'secret' that makes SSN so undervalued and at the current price tremendously undervalued.

This is being overlooked and will IMO lead to SSN being taken over (Actually a takeunder) unless people get smart and push up the price of the shares.

Oz shareholders are being played and all the hopes for a multi-bagger from here will go down the tubes just like so many other companies in Oz that have disappeared only to make others much, much richer.

Ten cents to twelve cents in a T/O unless the share price moves up fast versus a ten bagger later on.
