There is certainly scant lack of detail, I would hope to hear more soon e.g. who the contract is with?
Still speculative rather than speculation at this stage but wouldn't say that is 'at best', that would be fulfilment of contract at favourable profit margin wouldn't it?
Certainly no market involvement yet, they certainly want to see a lot more, as usual I live in hope but don't have to get in - I'm in -so bring it on one way or the other!
