Well Heating Oil futures are currently at 145cpg on Bloomberg which is $US435 per Tonne. Add to that a Subsidy of $US300 per Tonne per Biodiesel in the US

Europe is the main target market for Biodiesel at the moment. Remember that even in the UK Diesel is selling at about a pound a litre which is $1600US+ per Tonne even if most of that is tax. You still need to remember that Biodiesel is mandated in most European countries.

The summary is that we don't really know the profitability of this company until we find out their margin between the Palm Olein price (not just CPO) and the price they get for their Biodiesel. You could assume that the profit made on their Gylcerine could pay for most of the other fixed and variable costs.
