I think the clock is finally ticking again, may the government restructure already taken place, and the next step is to approve the next order ($70m)?
I think 2 outcomes from this:
You want another $70m of products from us, then pay us what you owe on the account payable, then we talk about the next order.
or
You don't want the $70 order to continue, that's fine, pay us what's due then we square.
Whatever is pushing the payment to come through on their side, could mean more news coming soon.
