No mate. You're out by a magnitude. 0.04%. 400ppm, but been as high as 5000ppm long ago, for long enough to evolve fossil fuels, all plant life and giant dinosaurs. Quite frankly the more co2, the more life thrives when the climate suits.
And dont forget, 97% of the co2 is generated naturally by the planet.
So 3% of a 0.04% gas total, from man, and 1 % of that from aussies????? All madness.
