So why doesn't the price come down again.

Ruinables are creating this. Wind & Solar are THE REASON that price are going up.
(a 1 Mw solar farm IS NOT a direct replacement for a 1Mw Coal fired).so you are FORCED to run back up systems..

This MORE expensive power is DUE TO wind & solar.

I can ride my bike at 100 Km/h down hill...there for I DON'T need a car..that is what you are saying.

As more solar & wind, the price goes up...therefor if we blow up ruinables & take them out of the mix...price will come down.

Or do you have a cheap, generational, scaleable power source (please don't say battery or pumped hydro) that has not been relased to the world yet?
