Gov. Broadband plan looks tainted, I cannot see another telco offering a viable service for the land area other than AusAlliance but Telstra or Optus may run at a loss to draw in community members to use their service if their allowed to promote it to generate greater revenue down the track.

Still dont see it though as they're already too many Broadband players in the market already.
