600mil cash and ph martabe etc, page-16

I have been following OZL on the occasion as my father holds a small amount and keeps asking my opinion...

Some one needs to correct me here, I understand minmetals are taking hold of all but PH, the only thing I don’t understand is with this latest announcement is the price estimate for takeover has not been made clear and OZL is back to trading in minutes... all this is good news, however, who knows what to do, sell at open as the bid may be 40cents for what’s left.....????

Surely the trading halt shouldn’t be lifted unless all is made 100% clear as to how this is going to play out for shareholders...

Any chance you guys could give me some insight if I have missed something..
