I'm assuming that just because they made lower and lower offers doesn't mean that they had NO interest and have raised NO funds yet.
It just means they haven't secured all they wanted.
Would be nice if they could at least announce they have covered the debt finance requirements and now raising money for on going company operations (or something like that!)
If buyers knew that Lindi had its finance covered surely that would improve the interest in providing funds for on going company operations
