Several months ago the company released an announcement intending to buy of >15mln shares. At that time the share price was over 60c, now the share price is more than 2 times cheaper but still the company has not bought anything. Could anyone explain why the company has not bought any shares for the past almost 3 months. It seems that only alone investors trying to prevent the share price moving down buying big parcels of shares thinking that the current price of the stock is cheap, but unfortunately for the past several months they could not stop the downtrend of the share price.
