Not a stock to be in in my view whilst the Ivory Coast has the potential to return to Civil War. I'm happy to wait on sidelines until the air clears.
With no formal Government how will any drilling , licences etc be approved??
The upside however is that if this stock gets well and truely oversold then it will be a great buying opp.
