correct. Wall St will be receiving the money within the week I believe and it will be distributed by the firms that are doing the right thing while the remainder will sit in it and wait.
Scenario 1 is they release it slowly in unison and the markets slowly recover within a fortnight to where they were a week ago.
Scenario 2 is that they all release it quickly and we see a 5% recovwr in the Dow overnight.
