I thought IAU price could come back to more than $1 if the gold keep its current price.
The financial crisis has resulted more serious trouble to the paper money supply which theoretically should let gold have a very attractive movement in the next 1 - 5 years.
It has not the debt and hedge which would produce enough profit or at least no big risk in its near future.
