    I dont get it, didnt Gordon Merchant reject a $3 offer not so long ago because he thought it undervalued the company. Now he's agreeing to 60c - has anyone told him $3 is higher than 60c?!

    At the same time, if they dont accept, this company is going into administration in the next few months!
