60c - unbelieveable poor offer, page-19

Been in and out of BBG a few times. Nearly got in again last week when it dropped to 63c but decided to hold back.

As far as possible estimated SP for tomorrow, it's anyones guess but if I was an insto I'd be looking to buy in at around 40c or below.
The theory is that if the deal goes ahead you'd have to write off up to 25% of your 60c (this would make script held in NewCo at no cost) which gives you 45c then at least another 10% in case the deal doesn't proceed, giving you circa 40c.

All speculation of course and could be right off the mark.
