    Thanks Glen, missed it...

    Options were granted to all the directors for the IPO in 2006, since then directors have been buying on market, in placements and even vesting their projects for shares in SWN. Cant find any selling so would expect ~A$1 in funds to be made in the next few weeks. So yes placement is less likely short term.
