    61 - Dikulushi (exorbitant tax and customs benefits, lack of technology transfer, not achieving optimal local value add, poor social impact, State received no benefit, pay State 10% of earnings (?) since date of convention.......)

    Well, I was having a bad week anyway, this just tops it off....sure hope BT is feeling up to it.
