it is not possible for speculative companies to provide timelines with any surety.
these are beyond the control of the company, particularly in Africa.
the board are accountable for many things including keeping shareholders informed, but l don't know what they can say.
do you want them to state that the Chinese company is behind in the BFS or the Cameroon government are dicking them around.
what I believe they could say, if this is the case, that the BFS has been held up because xxx.
we will all be laughing by Christmas!,
