If/when we receive the $ from Woodside, It should be distributed to all share holders as a special div. Not put back into the coffers for them to milk in wages. Then we decide if we want to re-invest that or any more.
Plus all Directors in ASX should put up before any job is offered/elected to them. They should put a percentage into the company & only 25% per year of what was put in can be exited. That way they stuff up so does their money not ours.
