We may never know if it was a product not fitting the market or a poorly executed marketing/ sales strategy. I could be wrong but it feels like for some time now we have had qtr on qtr sales which don't seem to grow and no where near what you would want in a "growth story" with such high operating costs. Is it the distribution which is wrong, something doesn't work and something has to change.
