    gents

the reality is ago don't produce 62% not even 60% and sometimes can't even produce 58.5% FE ore consistently.

they pay the price for that and their 7% moisture content versus others 4%,meaning simply others ship 3% more ore for free.
amazing what covering your ore storage can do.
probably more than pay for itself in a years extra savings.
consequently they get less and their costs are more due to their lower grade ore supply, for similar tons.
Done well to get this far,but as some suggest consolidation of position and production/shipping efficiencies may pay dividends, where as expansion may create a noose, given some of its current low pit lives/sizes and great pit opening expenses to date.
can't help but feel everything they do costs too much and what they achieve is too little compared to others for what they spend.

    best of luck
