Interest rates are going down world wide
Umm if that were true it would make profits even bigger. Banks make their money on the difference in cost of capital and the interest they charge.
CBA should jack mortgage rates and squeeze the living daylights out of greedy Aussie households, everyday I see them wasting money at stocklands, football, pub and fast food. All that money should be going to their huge mortgages.
