Trump won't push for a Trade War as there is an Election coming in 2020.
He saw what happened last December.
He doesn't want the US to be in a recession in 2020.
Like before, he will huff and puff; and each time he does this, the market is picking it up.
As you can see the last one didn't have much impact at all.
