That is what EPY is projecting, $620 million in revenues from January 1st 2006 to December 30 2006. and a net profit of $5 million after paying out their 40% partners.
So to put it another way $372 million in revenue for a NPAT of $5 million.

Revenues grew from $38.4 million in 2001 to $219 million in 2005.
EPY recorded $85 million for the last quarter (which equates to $340 million for 2006) at first glance it would appear that they are way off achieving their target.
So the question must be raised how can the possibly turn over $620 million in 2006 ?

Here's how:
If you read their report dated 18 Jan 2006 "To offer prepaid mobile top up at 4500 ATMs "

Point Number:

(1) You'll note that EPY had 15000 points of contact, before the ATM's.
(2) The 15000 points of sale generate 70,000,000 top-ups a year.
(3) these 70,000,000 top-ups generated $85 million in revenue from October 2005 to December 2005 (3 months).

SO: 70 million top-ups divided by 15,000 points of sale = 4667 top-ups per point of sale.

So: 70 million top-ups divided by 4 quarters = 17.5 million top-ups every 3 months (based on 15000 points of sale)

So: $84,899,000 in revenue divided by 17,500,000 top-ups = $4.85 per top-up.

Now, take into account that EPY had 15000 points of sale as of Decemeber 2005 and add 4500 new points of sale as of January 2006 = 19500 points of sale.

19500 points of sale x 4667 top-ups x $4.85 = $441,381,525 per year in revenue

To achieve $620,000,000 in revenue they would need a total of 27391 points of sale, which means they need a further 7891 points of sale to do so.

In conclusion: each point of sale generates $22,635.00. on average.
EPY currently have 19500 points of sale.(4500 of these were generated in one month).

So remember on each annoucement look for the number of extra "points of sale".
The last announcement was worth $102 million in revenue (4500 points of sale).

I expect to see news of further expansion in 8 to 10 weeks quite possibly into China ;-)
