The deal is good... but the strategy and direction is the best bit of this announcement. Elicitation about the next steps, future stages, and a clear definition on what the money will be used for to unlock revenue and push the price way higher.
People posting here would know the confusion and ambiguity over the "phase 1" NPV and its why those who don't know much about CXO question why the MC is above the NPV. Hopefully this makes it more clear.
