lbruce has a point. Merton does not have the classic CFO career path. But he has a lot of senior management positions which would have involved financial capabilities. Also, he came to LGP with the Danish takeover. I think it good to cement the connection between the two divisions.
My question is: where will he be stationed? I know that much can be done online, but it would be good to have a CFO at head office in WA.
