Why not? Just prior to Fukushima BMN was trading above 80c. The fundamentals of the project and future uranium demand haven't changed - market sentiment has.
So the offer is opportunistic - despite EU economic worries...
Let's be clear, if the takeover proceeds, this is a great outcome for Hanlong. And, at this present moment in time, probably an okay outcome for holders...
