Long, long, long term holder, first time poster. I just can't get my head around the volume traded since the announcement, 63 million is not a small parcel of shares. I understand people re-positioning themselves into other stocks, I understand that there maybe some holders who are content with a moderate % increase between current price and $1.75, but it still seems like a large chunk to swap hands. Does anyone have any prior experience with similar proposition?
