Well, if that's the case, Lopez, that "Cavatak is worth big money to other companies", those other companies would surely be making a counter offer soon. It would not make sense for them to sit on their laurels in the hope that the shareholders will vote against the current offer. My attitude is that if a counter offer is not forthcoming, then Merck's offer is what it is... fair and reasonable. My point confirmed: why vote against the offer???
