    But as someone has posted, the development of the rail will be concurrent with the development of Bougouni. It may well be into 2019 before the first ore is dug up from Bougouni.

    I also suspect that the Mali Govt people may well want to assist BGS with infrastructure (In the Mali part of the shipping equation).
