TEG (the largest shareholder of GAS) have over $10m in cash in their bank account and did not participate in the GAS CR because TEG will deploy the funds they have available to activities they are directly involved in and are developing.
Solvency is no issue for TEG so get the facts straight before you make these comments.
TEG have not sold one single share in GAS and see it as a passive investment in it's back pocket. The actual number of shares they hold remains exactly the same.
