I can't recall having often seen multiple Directors report in a single announcement. More common for them to be separate.
Irrespective, this is a terrific announcement.

Similarly, pleasing to see Mr Fred Harrison of Ritchies IGA fame (great supermarkets that often have ranges WOW/COL and most certainly crappy Aldi don't) purchasing $75000 in extra PTL shares, Mr Miciulis $76000 and Mr Hardgrave $62000.
This gives smaller retail holders confidence that over the longer term, the HwB acquisition will have been worthwhile. The inflation bogeyman arriving as it's already doing in imported lines at supermarkets is a possible short term downer, but conversely, irritating lockdowns and in Melbourne's case a curfew will have seen many more individuals, and maybe corporates, exposed to the excellent HwB website.
