Con is Executive Chair/CEO based on Teko's shareholding, I surmise he is still in the position due to his influence being much greater than 4.04%. It is clearly also mentioned that Con does not own shares in OAK, well not directly, I surmise his TEKO shares in held by companies or in Trust, after all one one of the Directors is a accountant.
Ultimately Con is TEKO as he is their representative & probable IMTE as well.
