    Or, dare I say some institutions that want to invest in CQT can read charts and will do some selling to possibly catch the flow through technical selling?

    With so many traders basing their decisions purely on charts I am not surprised if at times they are "managed" by others with big pockets.

    How else can one describe the crazy sell off of CQT to the low 30s in mid August?
