M&A spree - you have to be joking ! When the RKN raid occurred NOV SP was almost double current and much larger than RKN - now RKN MC is 20% larger than NOV. Any M&A would need a CR that would be incredibly dilutive ... adding further injury and insult to an already injured SH's.
Obviously, not many current Petra clients would be stumping up for further CR's, despite Petra's stated confidence in the acquisition of the banking licence and reiterating its SP target of 100c. For true believers, a 2-3yr time frame is necessary, thats the predicted time for the company to be cash flow positive. With the threat of a CR, why buy at these levels ??
