Well Croc, the announcements said that those term sheets are binding, so maybe my concerns turn out to be baseless in the end. I’m sure any potential financiers will have a good look at them during any negotiations and before making any decisions However not that long ago, I did do a little research on term sheets and found they are at about the same level as a letter of intention, which is less than a signed MOU.
So that is what my concerns are based on, but in the end it comes down to the financiers judgement and their risk appetit. If they are willing to accept “binding“ term sheets instead of binding off-take agreements without applying a interest penalty so be it. Time will tell!
