oznt, I read with pleasure all those assumptions you tend to include into your posts and hope they will come off over time. However to be fair I feel you should identify assumption as such and not present them as facts, e.g. "the Binding Term Sheets will be bankable enough for the financiers". This, as I indicated earlier, is a decision any potential financier would have to make. So unless you have word from a financier that they will accept term sheet in place of binding off-take agreements this is simply your gut feeling and it remains to be seen, if your gut feeling turns out to be valid! Up until then it is simply unsubstantiated information at best!
