Yes I agree that looking at the DOW chart (and with all the global problems CONFIRMED by the head honchos, Fed, IMF, EU, Bernanke, King, etc) it is a more than likely scenario to the downside.
BUT the real question is HOW LOW ?
DOW 10,000......9,000.....8,000 ?
With regards to bailouts...."you snooze, you lose"
Why bail them out....if we invest badly, we lose all our money, so why do the rules change for them !!!
