If the deal equals to Biota issuing 65,789,474 new shares at 79.4cents, then, the total Biota shares will be 247,643,431. And then, the new issued shares prepresents more than 26.5% of the total shares onl issue.
So, I would think some extra shares will be issued to the Biota employees or management staff as bonuses.
Just my thoughts.
