Small rise yesterday to US$125/t for 65% Fe (margin above the 62% now only US$7 which reflects the increased demand for the cheaper lower grades as steel mills profits are squeezed in the current environment.

The next month could see IO price back up until extra supply starts to arrive at Chinese ports by end August mainly from Brazil (Vale & Anglo American).
