The 56 lots are worth on average 350k each. There are no debts which means this property is worth circa $20 million. The share price here will be worth that and more soon. I bought a lot more recently and continue to accumulate. My estimate is a share price moving northwards of 15 cents per share real soon. This is an outstanding investment, has already quadrupled in value and explains the panic buying. Recommendation: hit the BUY at market button because l have been recently.
