What does the section Vango and DDPL lose in claim by Billabong have to do with Zuleika? Nothing. The first 2 paragraphs and the section under the heading Vango makes incorrect statement regarding judicial comment... give plenty of context for Zuleika's complaint.
Disappointing that the ASX did not insist on the removal of paragraphs 3-5, maybe they are still on holidays.
