Wow now this is interesting info, from the listing of the options we get to see who participated in the last CR.
What stood out to me is sanlam our old raisers, actually participated, which is great means they actually believe in the company and they know the inside out of it.
Another big surprise is the second Cannivalate, a melbourne company founded in 2018 by doctors and healthcare experts making medical marijuana clinics. This is a partner ship that will obviously have synergy when they use ECS's product! Very good info. https://www.cannvalate.com.au/ ,
And seeing as they get 1 option for every 2 shares they bought, you can work out how much they all put in:
Cannivalate with 5 681 818 options , means they got 11.36 million shares @ 3.3cents = $ 375k worth.
And if you look at the top holder, its 10 BOLIVIANOS PTY LTD with 12 197 955 options, meaning 24.39 million shares 805k worth.
I did a quick google on 10 BOLIVIANOS PTY LTD and seems like the guy is a director of an ASX company called TYM, an info tech company on ASX, around same price and market cap as ECS right now.
Very interesting, and good to see one of the directors participating in the offer too.
Interested to see if anyone else can gleam some info from this top 20 list.
