It appears on the surface that one company has met their commitments and the other may not have,when you spend so much money on proving your point there comes a time when you want it your way, 51%, there is some potential here obviously (CAV) is showing us that ,but as always it appears ego's are getting in the way of Shareholders best interest's, its time to consider the people who help put you in this situation by investing in your company, that apparently doesn't appear to matter anymore in today's world, "just get a deal done" and let us all move on and prove up the potential of this resource, its in everyone's interest to do so.
