The mining companies see nothing but demand for gold over the next 20 years, the debt crisis globally has not gone away, I believe it has dropped as a result of a stronger USD, and I don't personally believe this is warranted due to the health of the US fiscal system. Interest rates are low globally and will remain so for how long? Surely not much more than 2 years, when inflation takes off globally, where will gold head? Demand is still outstripping supply I am lead to believe, therefore it is simple economics in the medium term. I believe gold should be the benchmark and Central Banks are still buying, until the debt levels are moderated globally, Gold will still remain King. OBS in demand.
