    Not so certain. Why is the price now 50.5 cents? Someone is in the know and I doubt it will be the average guy. As one of the previous posters indicated, the bid can always be withdrawn and a whole lot of shares will have been traded with substantial profits being made by those who are in the know. My opinion only.
