My view is that Semafo are in quite a tight bind here and it will be difficult for them to argue material adverse effects since 80% or so of their revenues come from Bakina Faso. In my opinion, if they use this as a reason, they will also be telling their investors that its not appropriate to be in their stock either. This is definitely an interesting scenario and all we can do is wait and see how the game unfolds.
