While I trust the Chinese as much as the the Oil industry, maybe it's not a bad thing for us that the Chinese have a lot of skin in this game as far as owning the majority of the processors. They have quite deep pockets, so if big oil tries to bring the revolution down, I'm glad they are on our side to defend it. In saying that they will try and manipulate the market to suit themselves. But there is still more margins on the processing side so they will be happy for us to keep pulling the stuff out of the ground for them. It may get interesting or nasty when we take them on at SDV, where will be directly competing with the processors. Maybe this is where the whole jv, to, funding arrangement stuff comes into play to ensure we don't disrupt their profits too much. Hopefully the demand is so high that there is room for all of us. But who knows lithium may become a strategic priority for the country as a whole (China).
Good to see that the country that brought you "carbon dioxide is an invisible gas, what harm can it do" (along those lines anyway), are having a go with lots of hopefuls securing lots of resources at home and abroad.
Anyone hear from ronn lately? The missus just read 12 poldark novels in the last few weeks, I think there has been more suspense and intrigue here. I've already said a/c could write a great novel on Gxy, but where will it end. Lots more intrigue to come I dare say.
