I think that the absolute floor for an offer would be $1.5 billion US, which at the current exchange rate would be $178 AU for the fully diluted 17.5 million shares. I can't see Wayne contemplating anything lower and have no doubt that he'd expect more. Obviously that would be an insane arbitrage opportunity and the price would skyrocket immediately. The spread between the price now and a possible buyout offer makes me think that the price will have to rise a good bit before a serious offer might be made, though. I'd definitely vote for any offer of $1.5 billion US or more.
