I’m interested in yours and others opinions on what they believe is best for their investment in AVR. I’d prefer it with numbers and timeframes if anyone can be bothered.
I think it is all about the end goal valuation, and if you know what you basically want that to be then you can structure a partnership to achieve that number, whether that be $5B, $10B or $20B.
If it’s going to be a stand alone and take it to commercialisation outcome then I’d like to see if anyone has an understanding of how much that would cost, the dilution involved and how many years it would take to build the manufacturing facilities to achieve that 50% of market outcome. Of course going commercial would maximise the return on investment but the timeframe and capital required to get there would be extensive.
An example of this is in 2020 Edwards spent US$100m on their 3rd expansion at 1 of their 5 manufacturing facilities to bring the amount of employees at that site to 1100.
